6. Dispute Resolution

The European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform ceased operation on 20 July 2025. Regulation (EU) 2024/3228 repealed Regulation (EU) No 524/2013, under which the platform had been established. Consumers may contact us directly at hello@digitalfreedom.co.za or approach a competent alternative dispute resolution body in their country of residence.

We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute-resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (Verbraucherschlichtungsstelle) pursuant to the German Consumer Dispute Resolution Act (VSBG) unless required by law.

As a service provider we are responsible for our own content on these pages in accordance with § 7 (1) DDG and general laws. Pursuant to §§ 8-10 DDG, we are not obliged to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information or to investigate circumstances that indicate illegal activity. Obligations to remove or block use under general laws remain unaffected. Liability is only possible from the point at which a concrete infringement becomes known; on notice, the content will be removed immediately.
